Digambarkan dua gadis duduk dengan latar belakang ungu kebiruan. Salah satunya mengenakan gaun tanpa lengan berwarna hijau muda dengan motif bunga, rambutnya diikat ke belakang dengan gaya ponytail. Ia mencari kutu pada rambut gadis yang duduk di depannya, yang mengenakan gaun biru berlengan pendek. Gadis berbaju biru itu menundukkan kepalanya dan menurunkan tangannya. Pada sisi kiri lukisan terdapat gentong. Pada kiri bawah terdapat penanda nama seniman. Di balik lukisan ada label kertas dengan nama seniman dan judul lukisan: Phermadi Lyosta, Petan.

The painting depicts two girls sitting on a bluish-lilac background. One of them is dressed in a light green sleeveless dress with a floral pattern, her hair is pulled back in a ponytail. She runs her fingers through the hair of the girl sitting in front of her, who wears a blue dress with short sleeves. The girl in blue bowed her head and lowered her hands. On the left side of the painting there is a barrel-shaped vessel. On the bottom left there is the artist's signature. On the reverse there is a paper label with the artist's name and the name of the painting in Indonesian - "Phermadi Lyosta. Petan".
